Low Light Portraits

This photo was taken in the midst of a busy weekend and I just loved slowing down and taking a moment to squeeze some photos in. It was really interesting playing with the lighting and getting it just the way I wanted it. It was neat to see how when the light is coming from a certain side or angle it highlights different features of the subject's face that may not have stood out to you before or may have gone unnoticed. It is quite beautiful to see a whole new side of them and to see them in a "different light".
